This Locations deli is one of the worst in the area . They cut meat without gloves . I don't know where their hands have been . The manager I think her name is Cheryl she is one of the worst managers I have seen . She is rude to her employees and short with customers . Epic fail

I returned 2 FL products from months ago 1 FL coffee and 1FL earl gray tea w/o a receipt. She didn't give me a credit slip, but said to go to the register next to the CS desk... Obligating me to shop right there. I picked up 2 items and had to wait behind this lady for a VERY VERY long time. The CS attendant saw me, but chose to ignored me. I went home and looked at my receipt, the $6.69 coffee was on sale at this branch for $2.70 off, so I lost $2.70 credit during my purchase. I wondered why she wouldn't issue me a credit in stead... Shady... I returned clothing before at JCP and ran into a similar situation, except rather than being shady, she let me know that the return price would be lowered to what it's worth that day and asked if I still wanted to return it. She gave me choice, so I said I'd go home and look for the receipt. I usually go to the Centerville FL, but was at a nearby Costco... I will make it a point to NEVER return to this Food Lion. I don't need this kind of crappy service at a crappy speed and neither do you. The workers in this FL has the competence of a 3rd world country flea market and THAT is an insult to 3rd world country flea markets...

The worst place ever!! Not coming back here again! I bought a six of beers & the lady name ( Alma) at the register literally made me to take my face mask off just to "verify" that i was the person from my ID ! That's stupid because we're literally in the middle of a Pandemic & she made me do that ! She even called one of the manager to "prove me wrong" when at the end the manager said she's NOT allowed to made customer take their faces mask off! She looked stupid & they lost a customer! Like i said before i never coming back again here !! Worst place ever!!!!

Caution - second time I've shopped at this store and they ring up higher prices on several items at the register. Today, they double charged me on several items. So, watch out!

I'm a regular customer here but today I went there to send money through WesternUnion, this employee name Ruben couldn't help anything, I called WesternUnion and they want them to talk to Ruben but Ruben don't wanna talk to them, they can't help me at all even I called the manager his name is Jeremy. Jeremy couldn't say any single word it's look like his out of his mind. Poor customer service! Food Lion you need in this location you need a new manager who have a knowledge

A great local grocery store. The folks in all the departments are very friendly and do fine work. With competitive prices and a wide variety they make the shopping experience exceptional from the moment you enter to the moment you leave.
