Sorry but this place was nasty. Absolute junk and then on the floor rugs which were marked up at thousands of dollars. Not the best look to get big sales!! Not for us anyway. Cash and Venmo only. Not many people carry thousands of dollars

Got an awesome "Bundle" deal $400 worth of stuff for $100. The owner was so nice and cordial. They had snacks, hors d'oeuvre and drinks out for customers.

Hired this business to do our estate sale. Owner has not paid agreed upon amount, despite several attempts on our part to allow partial payments over time. She will not return calls or emails, and did not respond to Better Business Bureau investigation. Beware if you do business with her.

disorganized, nothing is priced, when you ask for prices they are "above retail" for used items...

Whimsey Estate Sales is great to work with, Emily is super honest, works very hard and always gets the job done.

I'm not sure if these folks are new or don't get it. Very disorganized and they posted pictures of items that apparently had already sold, before the sale even started! I traveled a good distance just for this specific item and it was not marked sold on their website as of the first day of their sale (and I was the first person at the sale). To me this is called "false advertisement". Then they proceeded to try and sell me stuff I didn't want, at above retail pricing. Don't have to worry about them ever taking any of my money and I go to a LOT of estate sales.

This establishment, a description I use loosely, is more of an unheated shed with piles of stuff in bins from estate sales past. Imagine all the items no one purchased from 50 estate sales in one location. The merchandise is not organized nor priced. My biggest issue was the items for sale were difficult to access as most items were inside mysterious bins. I don't have time or desire to unpack items of random items which I may or may not want.

Complete rip-off. Avoid.

Beware. They throw fake "estate sales" so when you come in expecting to get a deal you get soaked with dealer prices. I was offered a bracelet for $10 until someone told them it was Bakelite, then price was changed to $25, but only if I bought another overpriced piece as well - otherwise the bracelet would be even more expensive. I wish I had walked out at that point.

Good luck finding this place. And even luckier if you find it open. We went during posted hours and couldn't place which of the broken down buildings In the area was Whimsy. No signage. Whimsy, indeed!

Okay, so here's the scoop on this business - I called around to get a number of service vendors and I can never really tell which ones are good, reliable, honest folk. After connecting with about three companies, I had a good feeling about Emily when she came to review what I had to sell. She wrote up a contract and showed up on the proper date on time and with buyout cash. She and Wayne ran a tight ship and crew and everything transitioned safely and quickly from my home to their moving truck and I walked away with money. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks, guys!
