Other reviews are correct that the staff is generally helpful. However my Saturday morning visit was terrible. The music was embarrassingly offensive with very repetitive explicit lyrics. When I stated that it was inappropriate, they just shrugged.

I don't know how someone decides to leave 1star rating to place with hard working people. I have always had a great experience at this location and the owner is such a polite and decent person. I drop my packages there every single day , minus the Sundays and have always been treated great with kindness . Always see a happy face when I walk in. Perhaps its just - what you give is what you get !
I see previous reviews saying the rates are high - go to Fedex or UPS location and you will get the same rates. They are just a franchise, they can't come up with their own prices is what I assume.
Moreover, if you want better rates then open business account with the shipper. Why blaming the franchise for it ?🤷🏼♀️

I printed programs here and they did a great job. The owner was so helpful and has great attention to detail. He made some good suggestions and I am very happy with the finished product. I will definitely use them again for printing.

WARNING! DONT NOT GO TO THAT STORE!!!
This is the worst place.
First, I have been mistreated four (4) times. The owner is simply rude and THEY OVERCHARGE YOU CONSTANTLY,
Many times, they will bypass me and attend to other customers. I have mentioned this to the owner three(3) times, and it continues to be the case.
The owner himself did it once as well. I truely think this man is a racist. This does not come out my mouth easily. Everytime I go there, there is a certain way he treates some people.
Today, there was this little girl and she looked Indian, though I was first in line, her fellow Indian gentleman came after me, while she is holding my money processing me, she decided to the Indian gentleman and she processed her first.
When I complained, once again to the owner, he responded with the same response ' I will train her!'.
This girl, had the audacity to lie, just like the owner's lie, I will train her!, that the gentleman came first before me.
So not only do they have horrible services and overcharge you, but they also lie!
I highly recommend NOT TO GO TO that specific store.

Go-to spot for shipping and amazon returns. Great customer service, they helped me with international shipping and sending a passport renewal. I even forgot something in one of the packages and they were nice enough to hold it. Really appreciate it.

Very useful for local printing. I was impressed at their attention to detail - I sent a PowerPoint to print and the margins were off so they fixed it in store. From now on, I always email a PDF to them to print. They have a high-quality laser printer that can print on large sizes (11x17).

I overnighted a package and paid $67 to have it there the next morning. It was important for me to make sure it was delivered and I simply asked that it was dropped off, no signature required. I double checked if a signature would be required and they said no it should be fine they will just deliver it. Well it was not delivered and wont be attempted again until Monday (today is Friday). I called Postnet and they said they can’t do anything I have to deal with UPS. I feel like I should have just gone directly to the UPS store because for something that is time sensitive they would have labeled it correctly to ensure delivery.
