The staff is more worried about talking to each other then waiting on customers. I was getting a hotdog and they didn't have any buns available. When I got to the counter they asked what was in the bag I told them hotdog they said did you want a bunch with that I said there isn't any buns in the drawer. They said you you should of asked i said I did ask you was too busy talking to each other not worried about the customers. So be ware they don't care about customers here. Also it's not a very clean store. Floor is usually sticky.

The checkout clerk guy spilled my cup of coffee on me when I went to checkout and pay for my coffee. The clerk had tilted my coffee cup to scan it and in turned in doing so he let go and it all spilled out onto me and on the floor around me on the customer side of the register counter. I had stopped at that 711 for coffee on my way to work. And ended up having to wear my wet coffee clothes for my 12 hour work shift. I didn't have a change of clothes. I had to keep asking the worker guy for something to wipe myself up with. He was not very responsive to the situation of his mistake. There were I think one or two worker ladies in that store at the time of the incident. None of them offer an apology or anything like that. I was finally like let me just pay for my coffee and for me to get another cup to replace what was spilled on me. When I went to get another cup of coffee they were out of the blueberry flavored that I originally came in for but got spilled at checkout. I let the workers know they were out but they all just stared at me. It was one of the most awkward moments I've ever been in. That was a very horrible and horrific to me incident that happened to me. It makes me question if they did that to me a person who is a first time customer to that store what other things are going on there. I've never had any issues at any of the other 711 stores in the many years and several states I've been to.

Have never had an issue at this location. In and out and all the staff are amazing from the store manager down. Wish this location had gasoline it would be my go to all the time!

I go there often. The employees are always polite. I take advantage of the rewards, I just enter my phone number. Love the taquitos! Thanks for being a great corner store.
