I have dealt with Kate Campbell at the First Bank on Frederick St in Staunton. You couldn't ask for a more helpful and kind person to deal with. She is absolutely one of the most pleasant and kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of working with at any bank.

Had to do help my elderly parents out with some banking issues and the staff, Kirsten the teller and especially Theresa, were exceptional. If I lived in this area I would definitely do my banking here.
