I took my first yoga class this morning. It was wonderful. The instructor was knowledgeable and friendly. She cued special accommodations for me. Everyone should check them out.

If you have never tried yoga and are curious, or if you have been practicing for years, check this place out!! Every instructor is wonderful and encouraging. So nice to have this yoga studio in town. Thank you!!!
