We had a first time puppy visit. the vet tech was rude. slammed the room door and said loudly, "I just can't" when I was questioning practices I've never experienced with other vets. In addition, they wanted to add additional fees for unnecessary treatments. Also, they wanted to take my dog away and do treatments without me being able to see what they were doing or IF they were doing what they said they were going to do. Finally, they wanted to divide the vaccines and exams so I'd have to come at least 3 times thereby getting 3 payments for all the things other vets do at one visit. We left without any treatments provided and after explaining how rude the vet tech was with us. The receptionist was nice, but it wasn't the right fit for us!!!!! never met the vet. It is my perception that they only cared about making money. I want someone who genuinely cares about my animals.

The Nurse & Staff Treated ME With The Utmost KINDNESS OF ANYONE EVER!! THEY EVEN GAVE ME HELP FROM A LOVING DONOR THAT LOVED HER DOG AS MUCH AS I LOVE MINE!!! FOR THAT I WILL BE FOREVER GRATEFUL!!! #Very Professional

This establishment is incredibly unprofessional. If I could give them a zero stars I would. The office manager is incredibly incompetent and a liar. I got my dogs records sent over from my vet for him to be boarded b/c our vet was not boarding at the time. She initially told me he needed a full exam. I called back to verify a week later she tells me everything is good all he needs is an Infulenza shot. She then calls me a day before he is to be boarded and tells me he needs a rabies shot. My dog had all his vaccinations three months prior. She had the records to prove it. This office tries to take your money. When I tried to talk to her about it she hung up on me. Incredibly unprofessional, she would never make it in a big city, guess that’s why she’s in Stuart. Do not use this office. If they treat humans like this….makes me wonder how they treat animals!!
