Aweful. I used this company to install the propane lines to my fireplace, stove etc. On a new home build. It was all done wrong. Could not pass inspection and had to be all torn out. I had to pay another contractor to tear it out and install properly. Then they billed me for the shoddy unprofessional work. So I had to pay to have the lines installed twice.

Love these folks! Had them come out recently and check our gas logs. Had a slight issue with the service so I wrote a letter letting them know. Immediately received a call from Justin and he made everything right. On top of that, received a thank you letter from him a few days later. I haven't seen such excellent customer service in years and years. This is how it is supposed to be done!! AAA+++
