Howell's Grocery is a family-owned local favorite and a must visit. It is quite a quaint old school kinda store offering a number of services. It has a grocery and sundries section with unexpected finds, as well as a deli and cafe serving outstanding food. The gravy and biscuits are the best around, and the hot dogs and cheeseburger are excellent. The food is really good and fairly priced. They have awesome customer service with friendly folks and a great atmosphere. It is the unofficial home base for many locals. A very best feature is the full-service gas, as they will come out and pump it for you, offering the best gas price for miles around.
Best place in town for an oldfashioned feel. Very friendly folks and a great place to eat.

Excellent Food. Excellent Service. Fast and Friendly Staff. We all enjoy going here for Breakfast or Lunch for the Biscuits & Gravy or the best Hamburger Steak plate in town.
