Despite the negative reviews my experience has been just fine. My wife purchased the 6.0 powerstroke kit for me a couple years ago and put it on this past summer. Billet compressor wheel and CNC front housing for stock turbo exhaust housing. Parts fit great and are definitely an upgrade. His videos on YouTube showing how to do the rebuild are great too.

Crap customer service. I naively thought being professional and respectful with questions would warrant a mirrored response. For some reason, they wouldn't give me a price for the service which wasn't listed on their site, yet asked if I wanted to go ahead and start it. When I asked about the price for a 3rd time, radio silence. Sad to see an American company treat its customers like this. You could probably Google "turbo rebuilds" in your area for a better experience.

Place is joke. Shipping is terrible. Took a week to finally ship my turbo after I called and made sure he had one to ship before I sent the money. Then after he received my core it took a week to get that money back and after all that I had the turbo put on and apparently the exhaust brake is sticking or vgt whatever you would like to call it. I’m on my 3rd actuator and it’s burnt out. Haven’t got to put 100 miles on my truck and I’ve spent a fortune in shop bills replacing the turbo and all these actuators and gonna have to have the turbo replaced again. I’ve ordered a new turbo from another company. Taking this thing off and throwing it in the trash. Take my warning. Don’t waste your money

Terrible service. They had my turbo for over a year. Was just getting a rebuild cause the first time they rebuilt it, it fell apart on the dyno. Then they lost my turbo. (How do you lose a turbo?!) then they told me they could rebuild it but to a 62/62. Not the original 58/58. So when I finally go get the turbo, I take the hot and cold side off to micrometer the turbine wheels. Still a 58/58. This place needs to be shut down.

Poor customer service, if you buy a turbo from them you won’t get your warranty or parts needed you’re better off buying a name brand unit

Sent parts In, and I just got them back. Mr. Austin you sir out did yourself. Pics posted soon, He refined the portwork i did on the turbo inlet and lightly polished the machine work. I also wanted to say I appreciated his urgency with my situation. This guy is busy and has a life aswell. the quality is well worth the wait. (He didn't have to touch up my work but he is like me in that sense, I did the best I could and he did the best he could..)Thankyou sir!

Only reason they get 1 is because I can’t give them less. You want to wait two years with a company so bombarded by complaints they disconnected their phone lines. Look no further. Here’s proof from the owner himself stating we are sending you your parts and yet here we are two years later

I sent my turbo there in the middle of March and they said two weeks at the most but they quit emailing back and lost contact with me so at this point they basically just stole the turbo from me, I would highly recommend going through a different company they are not reliable. I would like to get this situation taken care of if the owner could contact me it would be highly appreciated.

I have sent them a turbo exhaust housing that i purchased from them to get modified to fit their 67mm upgrade. They have received my housing on march 22nd and did not provide any updates or confirmation they have received it. So i contact them via email and facebook on the 22nd asking for an update . No answer for over a week. And when they reply they said they couldnt find it. Few days go by with no answer. I contact them again and they confirm they have found it. Now fast forward to today april 22. They have stopped replying to my emails and facebook msgs. Tried calling the number they have on google.. says its unavailable. At this point im taking this as a lose and they have pretty much stolen my housing. Contact me if you wish to resolve this professionally.**Update**.They have reached out and have boxed and have it ready to ship. No further info. Once received i will be removing my review.

Awful service! I sent my turbo for rebuild. I was promised to get it back in 2 weeks. Whole process has taken about 6 weeks without any reason or explanations. I received wrong turbocharger (yes it fits, but I didn't sent core, I sent my turbo for rebuild and was waiting while it was in rebuild process). Finally after installation it turns out that shaft was poorly balanced and turbo was made scary howling sound. Austin reacted in no way and didn't any attempt to resolve an issue. Communication was totally unpleasant and slow like one short answer per 1-2 business days.

I've done business with Turbo Lab in the past - I bought a Holset HX40 with a 67mm billet compressor wheel & 67mm backside, t3 housing. It worked great on my Toyota Supra. They really do good work at a bargain. The problem stems from the customer service end. If you contact them today via email or their online contact form, don't expect a response for at least a week. In fact, I could barely get a response from them when I was waiting for my HX40 for a whole month, but it did arrive, and was as expected.I recently reached out to them again regarding some turbocharger customization. After 3 days I received no response, so I replied directly to the email to follow up. I received a response 2 days later, with an answer of "I don't know" when I asked if they were able to build the turbochargers for my application.Truly, the lack of follow through and uncertain responses is very frustrating. I was excited to start this new project but that is quickly diminishing. Unfortunately this seems to be a trend among turbocharger customization shops everywhere - I'm open to other shop suggestions if anyone reading this has any.
