“This afternoon I located a ~$1600 dollar check that was three years old, from a federal credit Union in VA Beach that was part of an estate settlement that had gotten misplace. Neither of my two banks would cash it. BethB of DCCU, Stuarts Draft, talked with other staff, made at least one phone call to the federal credit union in VA Beach and got authorization to deposit the check.
