Took my van in to get a leak fixed waited in the lobby for a while before anyone helped me, was very standoffish and left me standing there after they took my keys and didnt say anything to me, didnt ask if I was staying or how long it would be. Later they called and said it needed to be replaced told them to replace, they called asking if I knew where the wheel lock key is (not to be clique but Im a woman driving a mini van like I even know what that is) said they would look again but wouldn't be able to replace it without it. My biggest issue is they never called me to tell me they weren't replacing it/ couldn't find key/ was ready for pickup. Its been sitting there for hours when I could of gone somewhere else. When I went to get the van they guy told me they had a kit to get the tire off but was scared to use it.

I had some emergency tire issues, and they were super helpful: fixed the problem right up, got me in and out as quick as they could, and were accommodating of my toddler. I stopped at two other places before I found them, and neither was able to help me that day (the day before Thanksgiving), but Eavers Tire Discounter went above and beyond and quickly got me back on the road so the baby could visit Grandma for Thanksgiving.

jerked me around for 3 1/2 hours for a reverse tail light short and charged me 200$ then said come back another day and we will figure it out then. WHAT A JOKE. 3/1/2 hours and you cant locate 1 shorted wire on 1 circuit. UNACCEPTABLE. Then charge me for NOT FIXING IT. DONE. Save your time and money . Go somewhere else.

We were in Virginia for the night while traveling South. We had already had one flat tire and woke up to another. Definitely didn't want chance traveling with no spares. They changed out all four tires for our RV and we were able to get back on the road feeling safe. Thank you so much! Great service and prices !

Very Friendly and Helpful Staff.Fast and Efficient Service! Reasonable Prices! And the work performed us A+! You wont want to go anywhere else after the Great service you receive here! Highly Recommend! ***EDIT***-My original review was 3 years ago,and a lot has changed,including my opinion. I'd give no stars if I had that option. It was purchased by a big,corporate company, but still operates under the Eavers Tire name. The quality of work has declined incredibly, the professionalism has also declined greatly,the reputation of Eavers workmanship is gone.There is no correlation between the Eavers reputation and the new ownership reputation. The reviews are terrible now. so many complaints of shoddy work,examples including doing an oil change,but leaving out the oil,and cars literally breaking down upon leaving the lot. with no remorse or care to correct from the staff. Doing work NOT authorized to do,charging inflated prices,badgering by employees to do more work than the customer wants,and so forth. So I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you do your own,thorough research prior to deciding to go here,and I just HIGHLY RECOMMEND you NOT GO HERE. You might just be that next person who goes in for an oil change and ends up with a blown motor!! ( I honestly believe the employees deliberately sabotage the vehicles because what other reasons would experienced mechanics have to leave out the oil !!!)

They were very kind a courteous. But I honestly believe that they put a tire killing nail right off the expressway. There's absolutely nothing there at the stop sign when you get off the highway. And there just happens to be a giant nail 500 ft from their business?? I can't picture a nail just falling out of a truck at a stop sign. I could be wrong, but I believe it was planted there. And of course the tire was unrepairable, and I had to buy 1 of their over priced tires. So yea I feel hustled.

Ngl this place is terrible after new management took over. Wouldn’t recommend it. Went for an inspection and they told me I had bad brakes. Went somewhere else and they said they were completely fine

Had a flat tire on I-81 while traveling home. Put the spare on and drove to this place. They took us in quick and were able to plug the tire!! Jeff, the manager was top notch with customer service! Not just with us, with everyone who came in. What could have been a completely stressful situation was a calm and enjoyable experience with this team! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We will for sure pay it forward! It’s hard to find great customer service like this these days and this place is a GEM 💎
