“I recently called Mattress Warehouse on Richmond Road in Staunton because I’ve been having ongoing issues with my bed and back. I’ve tried everything—new mattress, new box springs, mattress topper, even an extra rail frame—but nothing seemed to help.
When I called, Alex answered the phone and immediately stood out. He was incredibly polite, patient, and knowledgeable. He walked me through several options over the phone, explained different frame styles, and even let me know they had some in stock that I could come see in person.
When I arrived, he greeted me right away—even while assisting two other customers. He managed to multitask effortlessly, showing me the frames and explaining the differences without ever making me feel rushed. His professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive.

“Jennifer was so helpful, and knowledgeable about dishwashers, recommending a KitchenAid for me to purchase- wow, such a superior dishwasher- quiet and efficient. I like using a local business, and really appreciated the personal service she gave me! With the installer recommending dishwasher pods, placed on the floor of the machine (not in that latched holder in the door) and the excellent machine, there are no longer tea stains in my teacups..... the top silverware rack is genius, easy to wash separately and dry beautifully! The delivery and reinstalling new and taking away the old machine went very smoothly and we were impressed with Lotts Appliance service and care. Thank you so much.”
