The pharmacy at this store is in desperate need to be on an episode of Undercover Boss! I have never encountered such a rude pharmacist before my experience today! I will NEVER return!

this pharmacy has become a joke. when we first started with Walgreens, the one thing i liked about it was it’s pharmacy hours. now i can’t even say i like that because their hours are so limited now. this Walgreens has become a place i dread going to.

Called all day for a refill, was on hold for hours, had to go in just to request a refill, was told an hour, came back in 2 hours, wasn’t ready, said it would be a couple mins, then they called another hour later and said they were out of stock, they could partially fill and I needed to be there in 15 mins before they closed, I said I’d just get it tomorrow, but then said I couldn’t because they are closed. On a Wednesday.

The website says free flu shots by appointment we made appointment and drove through the Walgreens pharmacy they check our ID’s and ask millions questions, checked out anthem insurance cards and after 40 minutes wait they just said they not able to accept our insurance for flu shot! They give us idea to pay $37 for each flu shot which is not fair to pay while Kroger offering $25 flu shot without appointment! That is such a ridiculous ever visiting Walgreens pharmacy! In my opinion vaccines should be free anywhere for patients!Never ever trying to go to the Walgreens pharmacy and totally disappointed ☹️

Made an appointment for a Rapid Test, everything seemed fine and dandy from my end. I even requested flex time from work to arrive on time. All that just to be told they “ran out” of tests for the day. Out of curiosity, how does such a thing happen if covid tests are by appointment only?? Lady on the counter told me that with such an attitude that I was legitimately doubting my own sanity! Was it my fault to make an appointment and assume they won’t “run out”? I don’t know, all I know is my job will be real happy to hear I left early to not even be able to get a Covid test I made an appointment for.

Walgreens in Stuart's Draft has a very store with a wide variety from medical, home, toiletries, and even a small grocery area. The prices are high compared to other stores. They also have a pharmacy with drive-thru at this location which is nice on a chilly day. There are several entrances into the store and the location of the store is sat a busy intersection, anyone coming or going should proceed slow and cautious. I love the brands this store Carrie's but believe they could offer better prices.

Online says walk ins welcome and I also called in and was told just to be there by 1pm by the pharmacist. In making sure I was on time and also I live in an area where there's no cell service most of it I left it behind. When I arrived some woman kept telling me I needed to make an appointment and I needed my phone. More then once I informed her that I did not have my phone. She didn't care at all when I tried to explain I didn't have my phone because I didn't know I needed it from calling in and also not needing it when I got my vaccine from Kroger. I was trying to help me s.o. receive his vaccine. When I would tell her anything she had an attitude and kept repeating herself as if I was understanding her BUT she wasn't understanding me. Other times in trying to tell her my reasons for something or how I was told I called and was told come in she just had snarky responses. In explaining how I didn't know what I needed because Kroger didn't require me to have an appointment or phone she all hastily snapped " this isn't Kroger its Walgreens!" her attitude and just not wanting to work with a customer ESPECIALLY over a COVID vaccination was unreal this woman had nothing but an attitude and did not want to work with customers or try to help with people being vaccinate. Some people could not get the vaccine for medical reasons and now that the doctor has cleared them THIS Walgreens has nothing but one star reviews and it's too bad you can't leave zero stars they don't even deserve one.

Came in from out of town and forgot my inhaler. Was getting late and this location was the only option I had. Pharmacist transferred my Rx and had it filled before I could drive there.

I was in the area visiting when I had to stop by Walgreens to pick up a few things. I was outraged by the actions of two employees. As. Elderly man struggled to get stuff on off the shelf two employees snickered and gossiped on their phone as they pretended not to see the man struggle. He was so grateful when I offered assistant but seemed a little defeated that he was not helped by the two employees of the store he is a regular in. The employees know exactly what they did was wrong because they hesitated to tell me their names when I asked. So, Lee and Vicki I hope you see this. Stop being lazy, do better and be kind!

Ever since this store changed from Rite Aid to Walgreens it’s horrible and I have permanently taken my business elsewhere. Do not shop here. Items are incredibly marked up. My wife needed a wrist brace and we looked online to see if Walgreens had one. They did at this location and it was listed online for $9.49. When I arrived to the store the price on the shelf was $18.99! Yes double the price! That’s an insane markup! I asked the clerk if they price match WITH THIER OWN WEBSITE and she said no.... Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t even get me started on the pharmacy either. They have no idea what their doing.

Worst pharmacy Ever!!!! The two women working in the pharmacy had no idea what they were doing!! They even had cashier's from the front come back and help them pull meds which I pretty sure is illegal. They literally wait til you come to get your prescription to actually put it in the system and fill it. Not to mention they were extremely rude and had no customer service skills whatsoever. I don't know who allows the things that go on there but I will definitely be reporting them for allowing any employees to come into the pharmacy and fill prescriptions everyone in that place needs to be fired and the store shut down!!!

Recently relocated to the area. 90% service connected disabled veteran. Was running low on a very important med I take which I usually get from the VA pharmacy. Obviously, there is no VA pharmacy close to Stuart’s Draft. I called the VA with my situation. My VA care provider phoned in a refill for this prescription to the Walgreen’s in Stuart’s Draft— An in network VA “civilian” pharmacy just for such situations as mine and in accordance with the Mission Act.I pull up to the Walgreen’s Pharmacy drive thru and the young lady advises me “$36.” I responded this script is through the VA. She advises the VA should have sent me with a paper. I respond that my request was done over the phone and no paper changed hands. She then advised me the VA should have sent them a paper. What? I am a verifiable veteran. The med was called in by a VA provider. Walgreen’s is and in network pharmacy provider for the VA. Bottom Line: I don’t have a med that I really need to take.

Customer service at the pharmacy counter ranges between extra slow and non-existent. I brought my sister here to pick up pain meds after outpatient surgery. The prescription had been ordered in advance over an hour before our arrival. Even though there was no one ahead of us at the counter it took several minutes before they even acknowledged our presence. After telling the person at the counter we were there to pick up a prescription she walked away & left us standing for several more minutes. Finally she came back to tell us it was not ready & suggested we "walk around the store." Someone still groggy from outpatient surgery has no business walking around a store! We found some chairs to sit in. After another 10-15 minutes we were finally notified that the prescription was ready. All this delay seemed unjustified and no explanation was ever offered.

A prescription was called into them from my Dr. at 4:00 pm. called them 4 times before they closed, still not ready. It has been 18 hours and it is still not ready. This is another business that uses the covid as an excuse to just be slow and not do their job. Find another pharmacy, why do they think you have a prescription there, just for fun!!!
