I would say don't order a drink at the window. Nobody came to the window and it was about 3 minutes and I drove off. There is lack of customer service anymore.

Stopped here just for a quick EV charge—wasn’t planning to do much else, but the place made a solid impression. The parking lot is spacious and clean, easy to navigate, even with a trailer or larger vehicle. Charging was straightforward, and the station felt safe and well-lit, which matters when you're just passing through.
I walked in to use the restroom, and honestly, it was cleaner than I expected for a highway stop—well-stocked, no weird smells, just taken care of. The staff inside didn’t try to upsell or bug me, but they were friendly, curious about the car, and asked a few questions with genuine interest. That kind of interaction feels rare these days.
Didn’t grab food or browse, but from what I saw, the place was tidy, organized, and welcoming overall. If you're driving through Stuarts Draft and just need a solid pit stop to charge, stretch, and reset, this one’s worth bookmarking.

Ordered 2 milkshakes and fries in the drive thru waited over 20 minutes, watched several other people get their orders and leave. I finally went in and the 2 teenage boys working were goofing off and talking, only had 1 of my milkshakes made and the fries were cold and soggy

Frequently this location messes up on mobile and drive through orders. Speaking to management is a dead end, they’re worthless and make excuses about short staff and changeovers. There’s no excuse for forgetting half of an order or messing up orders every single time. I’ve rarely ever had correct food delivered, usually missing one or more items and often missing ingredients on the items that were delivered. Sometimes I’m offered gift cards for the inconvenience. I don’t want gift cards, I want to get what order consistently. It’s extremely frustrating because there’s no recourse. They don’t care that you can’t come to the store and won’t redeliver anything at all. This store needs to be fixed.

Drive thru takes 20-30 min just to get a salad. The person in front of me has been waiting for at least 15 min before a staff member finally asks “what did you order”
Drive thru needs to be removed as it provides no convience at all.

I did buy a large ice tea every single day since this store opened.. Until today 2/21/24.. they put in a new tea system and its .awful. both the sweet and unsweetened tea is weak and nasty tasting...guess making it the old fashioned way and selling it out daily was to much for them..They can keep it all now..Bring back the old machines.. the new one sucks...

Consistently forgets parts of orders (drinks, food items, ingredients, etc.). I would say about 30% of the time, our orders arrive with everything we’ve ordered through their app. Unfortunately, the management team has no way of rectifying the situation in the moment. Either you go back and get it (defeating the purpose of delivery) or they give you a gift card. This has been a constant issue for over a year and their excuse is “we are human, we make mistakes.” Sure, making a mistake occasionally is understandable, but it’s with almost every delivery order. At that point, it’s not a mistake, it’s an issue with training and/or careless employees.

Whoever was working the entire store by themselves on Dec. 2nd at 2:12am is phenomenal!!!! Absolutely amazing service despite being alone on a Friday night
