Worst pharmacy in the state. I recommend anyone other than them. They never check for voicemail from Drs. So you wait days and they are so slow and lazy.

Picked up scrip. Went fine. Update 5/8: took an incredible amount of time to pick up scripts at drive thru. Not happy at all. Update 9/24: absolutely terrible service at prescription counter. A woman monopolized the clerk for over 30 minutes. NOBODY came to help the rest of the people in line. We gave up waiting. I will return later to pick up my prescription. Update 1/2: waited 20 minutes in line at drive thru. This place is terrible.

Bring back Rite-Aid!! Never in my life have I experienced such poor service. You have to wait for everything, at the drive up, at the counter, does not matter what you wish to purchase, you wait and wait and wait and get ignored. Do yourself a favor and take your prescriptions elsewhere and go to another place and buy your essentials. As a customer their prices are higher and I don’t mind paying but provide me the service!!

Waited a few years to write this review. Shame on me for thinking things would get better.
Walked out yet again without prescriptions ready. Takes up to a week. Time to move my business.

Got a text my prescription was ready. Waited for 45 minutes to be called up to the counter. I got there and the technician ANSWERS THE PHONE and completely ignores me. Will not be coming here anymore, that was unacceptable.

I’ve been using the drive thru for quite awhile now and the pharmacy has ALWAYS stuck to their posted hours as well as the hours on their phone recording. The lady at the Stuart’s Draft /Tinkling Spring pharmacy desk and drive thru window, Ms Jenny, is wonderful. She’s fast and efficient, knowledgeable and patient friendly. I can say the same about the great pharmacist they have, Mr Logan. He is very patient (we have several family members with various monthly refills, as well as ver knowledgeable. It’s a great pharmacy at this store.

Closes without notice and very sporadic hours. Staff is rude and acts like you are a mind reader as to when they are there and when they decide to close. Just saw they are closed 2 random Saturdays in October as well, but it’s taped to their window not on their website. Pick somewhere else to get your prescriptions.

Closed yesterday. Closed again Saturday. A different reason every month on why the Rx can't be filled until next day...... Hands down worst Walgreens I have ever used.
