This store has really gone down hill. I don't know what happened to the young lady that I use to see working the vault cuz the vault is always empty. You come on certain days no coffee while everyone in the back laughing or bent in the corner on their phone. It's sad how this store treats the good workers while others sit around and do nothing

DON'T BUY DIESEL HERE. It takes almost a full minute to pump ONE GALLON. And it doesn't matter which diesel pump you use. That means you'll be here for nearly 14 minutes with a 14-gallon tank. It also pumps so slowly that the automatic shutoff doesn't work, and it WILL overflow. Never again!

I've been going to the store for months. I give them gas money. I buy all my drinks and my snacks from them. I am a huge supporter of this store. I've had no issues. I have always gotten my cigarettes here. I lost my license and did not have it but I had a paper license and I clearly work in the area but yet the staff did not want to help. This store is terrible, they never have internet. You always have to use gas and their customer service is the literal worst

I thought W Washington had the worst 7-Eleven but you know it’s bad when on 7/11 the Slurpee machines have signs that say “NO SLURPEES” and “NO STRAWS”Cmon man.

Dirty and unorganized. Both doors of the pastry bin by the coffee counter was wide open. I closed it. Coffee counter filthy, floors filthy.

7-Eleven - Centerbrooke is one of the better local stores in the area. The staff work together as a team and is always courteous to customers, even in pressured situations. The Team is always willing to accommodate customers when looking for certain products, and will even take time to help you with the 7-11 money savings app! The Empolyees make this store a Pleasant & Welcoming experience each visit. Thanks for Great Service to Others.

The black cashier was rude to me but was overly nice to black customers. I was disrespected and I won't be back. I will tell all my friends and family. This place is a joke.
