I don't frequent this 7-11 much, but the 2 of the 3 times I have been there were bad. I came in once with an $80 scratch off winning ticket and was told there was not enough cash in the register to cover it. fast forward 4 months later, different winning amount and same excuse, not enough money to cover the winning and tried to exchange the winning $$$ for more tickets. No thank you! I went a little further up the road to a different 7-11 and had no issues with receiving the winning funds. I am going to report this particular one to the Lottery officials to let them know 7-11 does not fully support the program. The Cashier handed me my winning scratch off stating, "I can't cover this and congratulations."

Came here for snacks and a bathroom break. Bathrooms were completely closed and the food areas were messy. I had little confidence of its cleanliness. To be honest, I also felt unsafe here. Will not return.

I went up there with 12 rolls of penny's (6$). Was told that they don't accept them. Store policy and what not. On hard times and needed gas bad. Found it odd I can't pay with penny's even though I assume most of them were given to me by a 7-11. Kinda hypocritical. The lady said that's how she was trained but the night before I was able to pay for a cigar with 2 Rolla of penny's, so it struck me as odd. Figured I'd try the 7-11 down the street (the good one, that has decent employees and actually stays open 24/7 because they properly staff the place). Turns out it's not a 7-11 policy at all. Just this dysfunctional store that seemingly can't do much right. That being said, old white 3rd shift guy, younger black dude with long hair on 1st, and the black lady on 2nd are decent or better employees. Rest of them will make you grit your teeth wondering how anyone would keep them on staff.

Told the guy at the registered my kid was sick and throwing up, asked if he would mind if I grabbed a cup to keep my kid from throwing up on my floorboard again, he said "yea for .53 cents"

If I could do no stars, I would. Walked in and greeted the older white, manager I’m assuming, no response. Purchased a pack of gum and he still refused to say anything to me, even the total. Used the restroom and you can see for yourself what it looks like. His excuse, it’s probably out of order. Save your money, your time, and go to the Shell literally 3-5 minutes away. You’re welcome! Yes, I’m black.

No respect his associate was trying sad that you work for someone like that. Only your employees is more concerned about your about your customers than the owner.

The manager at this 7-Eleven is knowingly engaging in false advertising. He has rows of $1.89 bottles of water where the shelf price says $1.09. That is some old-school, throwback cheating. Scratch a cheat and find a thief and a liar.
