I ordered a coffee mug online from A. Dodsons and upon the first use, it cracked and they shipped me another one at no charge and right away. Very satisfied with their customer service and response. Highly recommend shopping their store.

I have placed several online orders with this store. Each one was packed with care and shipped promptly. The last order I placed included a large ceramic bowl with a small chip. They didn’t have another bowl to replace it and I decided to return it. They were so nice and processed the refund within a few days of me sending it back to them. I’m very happy with their service and will continue to order from them.

I purchased two elves from this retailer online and they only shipped one. I contacted them to inform the via phone and email and they said they mailed two and offered no other resolution. I called again and they never replied. Beyond disappointed, I will go back to using corporate retailers at least they have guarantees and hold themselves to a higher standard.

Excellent! I purchased a backpack from them, the quality was excellent. I had seen the same backpack in Saint Augustine Florida in a small shop and it was more than double the price. This was my first time with this company, I would definitely recommend. Shipping was fast also.
