Whomever spoke to K. Hilliard when she attempted to come in for payment needs to be fired because they told her that she’s only paying for one person to have the premier when it is 5 people on the plan. Everyone has PREMIER cards so everyone has PREMIER benefits, not just ONE person.
The woman told her to downgrade to the white card which is IGNORANT. Please retrain your associates EXPEDITIOUSLY on the benefits. My mom is 70 and facing dementia. Horrible individual to tell her that. My dad cannot afford towing with that white card. Taking advantage of the elderly is unacceptable and he is on a cane and needs another hip replacement.
The premier package is for 3 tows PER PERSON. Why this individual who works for AAA would tell my mom this is is truly ignorant. She needs to be fired for telling my mom that information and she is not a new associate either.

A vehicle breaking down is not what anyone wants. The folks at AAA from first contact to tow away were professional, courteous, and efficient!!This was customer service at its best. Well done AAA!!!! WELL DONE.

This branch schemes on their customers. Both my husband and I brought our cars to get fixed at this AAA Suffolk branch and they claim to have fixed the issue and reason of which we brought the cars in. Two different cars different occasions different issues. Claim to fix it for a week later to have something else damaged cause by what they have claimed to fixed.

Front desk is rude and unhelpful, came in for an inspection before noon and only got attitude when I asked how long it would take and if I could wait. When I asked for a time estimate and she initially couldn't give me one and then said it wouldn't be until 5pm... again this is just for an inspection and it's before noon. Don't recommend.
