Outstanding customer focus! I brought my 2005 Suburban in because the transmission was slipping in and out of gear. They did an awesome job repairing the transmission! In addition they took care of a long time oil leak that was coming from the oil sensor, and repair an old antifreeze leak. I would definitely recommend AAMCO for all your vehicle repair needs.

Excellent service from Suffolk Aamco. Had a serious problem with my 25-year old Trooper's transmission and they were able to repair it. Gerald and Scott were always straight shooters and kept me informed with the progress on this difficult job. Competent, courteous, and transparent professionals. BTW, they also honor veterans with a discount. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Gerald, the service writer, was an absolute professional. Courteous and polite and HONEST! The problem was fixed properly as well as a few minor fixes that they did for me as a courtesy for free. I would absolutely give these guys a try if you are looking for up front, honest service as well as "beyond the call" fixes to any of your automotive needs. They have gotten a customer for life from me. And here I thought "customer service" was a lost art. Not at the AAMCO on Constance road in Suffolk.

I was in the area on a business trip when my a/c went out. I pulled in and these guys were great. Scott and Cody got my car in quickly, and were very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job. They explained everything they did and went above and beyond!!! 100% recommend!!

Great people!!! I brought my truck in thinking it needed a transmission. I was wrong . They found the issue and fixed it. Several shops in Norfolk and Chesapeake told me it was the transmission. It's been over a month and no issues. Great people and fair prices.
