I'm a typical girl with dad problems. I am 40yrs old and my poor husband just taught me last week how to put air in my tires. Anywho, I needed new windshield wipers. Found my VIN and did a pick up order hoping I did something right this week. My plan was to pick them up and run home and YouTube how to put them on. The very sweet lady working offered to put them on for me. Amazing 👏 thank you! I did try to watch but I'll just come here again next time. I really appreciated it.

They alway help with knowledge, but I wish all Advance was connected as one,so your information would show up and apply to another Advance in different cities, so you don't have to go through register in another city for the same company. Other then that all seems good.

Aside from The app not really aligning with the actual inventory of the physical store I've never had a problem with advance. I've had tons of issues with some of the other parts stores in the area but I've been in there enough times at this point that between speed perch rewards and the staff pretty much knowing me I can confidently say that I can go in there and find or have someone find basically everything I need.

Robert and Niya are Superstars. I went in today for a back wiper. It was difficult getting off and took several tries to find the right one as a replacement. These two were so kind and sweet. Thank you for making my trip there worth my time. Y'all are awesome.
