“It's beautiful there and from what I've been told by the resident I visited, very affordable. I also like how secure it is and that you can't just going walking in and out of the building. The decor is nice and the placed smelled great to me!”
“Just wanted to take a minute to say Thank You for doing your very best to keep this very beautiful community a neighborhood to be proud of. I understand that not everyone takes pride in this community, but I am definitely an exception. I think the majority of residents in this building are responsible adults, but there are times I wish I had a camera for negligent acts found in the breezeway (I contribute this to children). With that being said, Thank You for the wonderful power wash that has our breezeway looking refreshed.A special thank you to Mrs. Natarsha who is attentive and so professional Always getting the job done. Please tell the maintenance crew they are the best. Their efforts to keep up with the unnecessary littering does not go unnoticed. The groundsmen are the best in the city.I am so pleased with this community and wanted to share because I know you hear enough complaints.I sincerely thank you for ALL that you do.”
“When I first came into Port 58 the greeting was nice Ms.Kianna W. was really helpful. The grounds are very clean and the maintenance's people are really punctual with the timing of requests service.”
“These apts are beautiful for the price. A pool would def be a nice addition, considering this is the south. The neighbors are friendly. My maintenance request have been answered fast. The 2 most important things I believe this building needs is security cameras and a better way for packages to be delivered. It feels very unsafe walking through that parking lot at night. Pls get some cameras on the building asap. Thx”
