“Property manager ashley, she listens to you, and if anything needs fixing she get right on it, call and tells me what's going on when she gets to the right people, for things to be fixed, she's very kind and respectful , I will definitely give this place a 5 star”

“This property is so nice! I love the different floor plans, even though it makes it hard to decide. I’ve been looking for an affordable industrial style apartment for a while and this is one of the best thus far. Hopefully if my company moves me here I can rent with you all! Victoria was easy to get a hold of and answered all of my questions. Definitely one of the nicer leasing people I’ve dealt with. “Just wanted to take a minute to say Thank You for doing your very best to keep this very beautiful community a neighborhood to be proud of. I understand that not everyone takes pride in this community, but I am definitely an exception. I think the majority of residents in this building are responsible adults, but there are times I wish I had a camera for negligent acts found in the breezeway (I contribute this to children). With that being said, Thank You for the wonderful power wash that has our breezeway looking refreshed.A special thank you to Mrs. Natarsha who is attentive and so professional Always getting the job done. Please tell the maintenance crew they are the best. Their efforts to keep up with the unnecessary littering does not go unnoticed. The groundsmen are the best in the city.I am so pleased with this community and wanted to share because I know you hear enough complaints.I sincerely thank you for ALL that you do.”
