I had an extremely disappointing experience at the ATT store. There was only one person working, and I had to wait for over an hour to get assistance. I didn't feel like my time was valued, and there was no urgency to help me or the next customer. I'm seriously thinking about switching back to Verizon.

I'm unable to give less than 1 star. This is not for this location as I'm sure the staff are lovely but rather the entire company as a whole. The online order system is the worst I've ever experienced in my life. It's easier to buy a car or house online than to buy a smart watch. Allow me to explain. I put in an order to upgrade my wife's phone. They sent me a request to photograph my ID front and back which is none of their business in the first place but as my only option I submitted. The order went through. I wanted to purchase smart watches for my wife and I as well and was unable to add it to the upgrade order and had to make a separate order and do the ID verification process again. I paid 50 dollars to do this and then submitted my ID and it was canceled because they couldn't verify my ID. Now keep in mind this was minutes after the first order, logged in on the same account from the same computer, with the same shipping information, same payment information and same ID. Now I have to wait days to get my money back. I figured maybe my image was a little blurry so I did it again. Same thing happened. That's 100 dollars I'm waiting on to be refunded. So I called, they took my order over the phone. I paid again. Problem solved right? Nope. Wrong color even after verifying for one of the watches. So I called to simply change the color but apparently that's an impossible task and you have to cancel the order or.... get this... get the watch, inconvenience yourself by going to a store to trade in, and then pay an additional exchange fee because THEY messed up your order. Canceled and were left with 150 dollars pending my account. Placed the order online one more time and added the amount to my bill instead to see if I still had to verify. I did. Order canceled after I submitted my ID. I've never seen a company other than ubisoft that dislikes making money so bad in my entire life but this topped the cake. Save your money. Get Mint Mobile or T-Mobile. AT&T service went down a couple months ago and has been spotty to say the least since then anyway. Absolute biggest waste of money in my 30 year existence and horrid experience as of lately. When i called to see if I could come in and place the order very inconveniently, turns out you HAVE to pay taxes up fron when in store so I was unable to do so without having 200 dollars in pending charges on my account. This was over 2 whole days. I vow to spend the rest of my life preventing this entire company from acquiring new customers and I will do my best to persuade everyone I meet throughout my life from now on to change to a company who is worthy of them as a customer.

Jenna the store supervisor at the Suffolk, Bridge location is the worst. I have never in my 41 years of living experienced the unwillingness to help a customer. I called the store on yesterday to see what new plans AT&T had to offer because I wanted to add a line and purchase a new phone. I just wanted her to explain the new plans to me so I could choose what would work best for me. I never needed her to pull up my account or anything, I was simply trying to weight out my options and understand the NEW plans. She said, "You can call customer service for that.'" She was rude, aggressive and very unprofessional, she was combative going back and forth with me, she continued yelling and was not listening to me at all. I was not for sure if she was having a bad day or not, still no excuse. I asked for her name, she told me Jenna but would not give me her last name, she stated that she did not have to if she didn't want to. I drove up to this location hours later. Mannie was absolutely amazing, I was able to add a line, purchase a new Iphone 15, transfer a number and upgrade my services on the new plans offered to me, he explained them and helped me make the necessary changes. I called today to speak to Nicole, I was told that she is also a supervisor, I wanted to let her know what had transpired on yesterday. Jenna answered the phone, I introduced myself, she yelled, that Nicole was there and your not getting my name, she hung up in my ear.

The representative was rude and disrespectful. She lied to me twice about the products. I ended up paying more for the items. No, thank you for your business or anything. She just turned and walked away.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I stopped in when I needed to get a new phone and was helped immediately, and my phone was set up in just over an hour. I highly recommend this location if you need any help.
