I ordered a part from the store on a Sunday and walked 15 miles to autozone and back because they told me they would have the piece by 5 that day for sure. I am extremely disappointed about getting lied to and having to walk so far on one of the hottest days of the year we’ve had so far. I even tried getting in contact with the district and regional managers to no avail. Terrible customer service, would rate 0 stars if I could.

Very crappy employees. I'm broken down on side of road. Call store to see if they had belt for my truck they told me no I ask if they could order it they said sure. I ask when it would be there they said around 5 today. So I walked 15 miles to be there around 5. At 5:30 I ask if my belt was there yet they stated they can't get parts on Sundays from other stores.

After today, I wish I could give zero stars. At 3:00 pm I called the store requesting prices for a simple tune up. I received attitude over the phone three times. The second time I was placed on hold for 11 minutes then an autozoner picked up the phone and hung up in my face. I called back for the third time and was completely disrespected. This is unacceptable. I don't know who to blame the autozoner or the store manager for allowing this unprofessionalism to continue. Please hire a new staff.

My son recently relocated to the area and needed help with installing a new battery since he didn’t have the correct tools. The manager of the Suffolk Main Street store made sure he received the right battery and asked one of his techs (Keith) to help my son with the installation. Both of these guys were very helpful and easy to work with!
