I enjoy using BayPort CU. My Delta Community Union in Atlanta allows me to be able to send money to my account and withdraw finances. Since Iive just down the street is also another bonus?

I wish I could I could give them negative stars, by far the worst credit union to do business with, I was assured that the stop payment on a car loan that had been paid off was cancelled and they took their money anyways and offered no help and told me it would be up to 5 business days to get the money into a BayPort savings account that I could draw out the money. Horrible customer service and was given the run around by 3 different employees to only be told my money would not be credited back to my account !

Horrible credit union, hidden fees around every corner. Took 3 month to get auto pay set up for vehicle, kept sending me in circles. No one can tell you anything, couldn't take payment over the phone etc. Never again, BE WARNED!!!!!!

Absolutely the worst credit unit you can choose. They rearrange transactions in your account to reflect negative balances so they can charge you overdraft fees on money that is in your account.

I will never get another loan from this bank again, the first loan officer didn't inform me of their entire process for an auto loan, I was told that after I was pre-approved that I would be able to order a check or wire transfer to purchase the vehicle I wanted. After I found the vehicle and attempted to purchase it was when I was informed that the vehicle still needed an approval, the buyers order and a copy of the title which the dealership is was hesitant to give out, understandable, then I still have to wait for approval. This is the worst experience I've had getting an auto loan.

Friendly tellers & managers 2 help meet all your financial needs! Started about 6 yrs ago, had serious health surgery & they helped me with some loan problems I had. GREAT SERVICE ALWAYS!

My experience was great! I needed to transfer money over and the lady on the phone was very sweet and patient with me while I took my time, she walked me through everything. Amazing customer service from her!

Bay port share branch has changed their procedure for share branch transactions. You MUST go inside now.I understand because of Covid 19 things will be different , but to wait in the outside line for 20 minutes and get to the window and find out you have to go inside WITHOUT even an apology from them for the inconvenience only to hear this is what cooperate has requested does not show much value for people’s time in my opinion.

DO NOT get a loan with this bank! They have horrible customer service and lie and don't do what you ask when they say they did. I previously had a car loan through this bank, and I traded vehicles so the car dealership was about to pay off the rest of the loan I had with BayPort, and I had an upcoming payment for the old loan that I had called to cancel (I didn't need to make the payment because the car dealership was about to pay the balance off). I spoke with a woman on the phone who assured me she canceled the transaction and I would not have money coming out of my account. The next day, low and behold, the funds came out of my account anyways. When I called to get them transferred back, they said they could not transfer them back to my account, and that I would have to come in and withdraw them myself. I am active duty, and PCS'd from Virginia over a year ago, so I could not just up and travel all the way back to Virginia for this. They said the best they could do is put the funds in a savings account at BayPort and hopefully within 48 hours I could go to a Marine Federal Credit Union and withdraw the funds. This is ridiculous and poor customer service, I wish I would have taken down the female's name that I spoke with so I could formally report her. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!

This is my primary bank but if you have to talk to someone the only person in there with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JANET JASEWICZ!!!She is the best, the other desk clerk's have HORRIBLE Attitudes, they must not like there jobs. 5 Stars for Janet, 2 For the bank!!!!
