Ms. Debbie in the service/parts dept. was remarkable to work with, her knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail was priceless. “I would recommend this place for body repair! 10/10. The work speaks for itself but Serena at the front desk made this experience feel like a true customer centered establishment. She explained the process in a way that actually made sense, helped with my insurance questions, and kept me updated without me having to call a bunch of times. The work on my car turned out great, but honestly Serena is what made the whole experience stand out. She really goes above and beyond and you can tell she cares. I hope I don’t have to come back for future accidents but if I find myself in that situation I will definitely come back. I’ll recommend this place to anyone. Barry also walked me through the process of the repair. My touch screen wasn’t working properly when I got my car back and the mechanic was nice enough to help me with it.
