I would recommend this place for body repair! 10/10. The work speaks for itself but Serena at the front desk made this experience feel like a true customer centered establishment. She explained the process in a way that actually made sense, helped with my insurance questions, and kept me updated without me having to call a bunch of times. The work on my car turned out great, but honestly Serena is what made the whole experience stand out. She really goes above and beyond and you can tell she cares. I hope I don’t have to come back for future accidents but if I find myself in that situation I will definitely come back. I’ll recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Serena for being helpful and kind!

Since the moment I first walked in I was met with friendly faces which was so nice. I had needed some work done on my vehicle and was a little Leary of going to get it fixed by myself because I didn’t know what I was doing. There is a sweet lady up front I believe her name is Serena. I am so thankful that she was able to fit me in that day bless her heart. Serena walked me through everything they were doing which is very reassuring because it can be very stressful when you don’t know what’s going on. She made this experience just so amazing and stress free. I received updates about my vehicle until it was finished and it was done sooner than I expected!

The customer service sucks, they lost our keys and blamed us and then could not find records of work they said they completed. I told them my frame or something was messed up and they said it was fine. The rear end was bent. Find another company if you can.

I took my SUV to Caliber Collision in Suffolk after a front-end collision. While I’ll give them credit for doing solid structural repairs, everything went downhill when it came to the technical side of my vehicle.
My automatic cruise control stopped working after the accident, and instead of actually troubleshooting the issue, they kept insisting it was a pre-existing problem. That was completely untrue. They couldn’t give me a real explanation, didn’t offer meaningful solutions, and seemed more interested in brushing it off than fixing it.
I ended up taking my SUV to the Cadillac dealership, where they diagnosed the real issue and completed the repairs that Caliber should’ve handled in the first place.
If you need anything involving sensors, electronics, or advanced features, I would not recommend this location. Their lack of accountability and inability to diagnose technical problems turned what should’ve been a straightforward repair into a frustrating waste of time .

I brought my white Mercedes in because of a golf ball sized dent in the back of the trunk. They did an excellent job!!!! I highly recommend Caliber Collision. They also did an Excellent!! Job!! detailing my car before I picked it up. I will return here for great service always. Polly Jones

First time with using this repair company. They did a great job with the repair. Can't tell where the paint job started and ended. This is hard to get a great blend especially when blending white but the paint job looks great!

One of the worst experiences. My car was check in back in July 28th because I hit a deer. The front end of my car was damaged. I was given an estimated return date to have the work completed on my car by August 22nd. My insurance only covered up to $900 for a rental. Well my car was not returned to me until September 30th. I would call to check on the progress of my car, no one would know anything about my car, as if it wasn’t even there. I guess because it had to go to the dealership for calibrations. It seems as if my car was forgotten. I wouldn’t get any information about my car unless I call them. When I did get information, the messages would say something like the tech being out sick or at another site. Which of course that cost me more money because the time frame of the rental for my insurance coverage ran out on August 21st right before the estimated time frame. The last picture and what had to be fixed on my car.
