These morons managed to lose 120000 thousands dollars during a simple inter bank transfer as of today still haven't located. My lawyer says chartway is both legally and financially responsible for the loss. Heads should roll once my money is returned I am so done with these clowns. Foot note I have been with chartway before it was chartway naval air then . This bank has really hit rock bottom in service and customer care. Steer clear there are many institutions better than this one.!!!

The branch personnel are rude. Additionally, bought a car and presented certificate of insurance coverage before leaving the dealer but this bank keep insisting that they do not have the paperwork. Presented it several times but they seem to not get it right. Continues to be a problem. This bank is disorganized and rude on top of it
