Showed up ten minutes before they were supposed to close, just trying to grab one thing. Store is closed and nobody inside. You say you’re going to be open until a certain time, then do it. Terrible

There was so much chatter coming from the pharmacy area I thought there may be a chicken coop back there 🐔

On a very hot 🔥 day went in for some ice cream bars. Easy to find, and plenty of strawberry flavored. I had money off applied at checkout, and they really hit the spot. Thank you for also taking a stand for our health by not selling tobacco!!!!! People over profit and you guys have better employees than the other guys

CVS on Godwin in Suffolk VA is a great place to shop with coupons and pharmacy service. The staff friendly and efficient.. They all are willing to take time with each person to give good customer service.

I will be editing this review because most of the time the staff is extremely rude, possibly giving false information leading you to buying their OTC product, or even long lines with the drive-thru being closed. However, I will be editing this review from a two star to a three star due to the much better experience this time around.

I had to put up a review for the young guy at the pharmacy window who just helped me a bunch. Times are tough & money is tight. I don't have insurance and needed my prescription filled. He saw how much it was & went out of his way to hook me up with a discount card to saved me a good amount. I wish there was more people like him in the world! Wish I caught his name to give him props.

I love the pharmacy tech that just got my script for me. came thru with my puppy and he made my day.. always love seeing this guy. such a great person!!.. ya'll better hold onto this guy

I went to cvs on Feb 5 to get my prescription. I had a hard time with my insurance going thru for the correct price. Teresa and Michelle took their time to help me out with patience. They went above and beyond. Thanks a bunch, and keep up the good customer service.

Do not, I repeat, do not come to this location. I should have read the reviews before I wasted my time. This was my first time visiting to get a prescription filled. I am a veteran with a valid VA insurance card. It’s the same card that every veteran uses after they have received assistance at a VA-approved urgent care that is PUBLICLY AVAILABLE on the internet. I didn’t receive a phone call to tell me that they didn’t have my insurance on file. I didn’t get a text message, as promised. When I arrived to see what was up because I left a voicemail that wasn’t returned, the tall skinny guy who took my prescription earlier in the drive-thru window immediately gave pure attitude. This location actually thought I was going to pay $2000 for COVID medication. Then, the tall skinny guy thought I was going to keep allowing him to rip my prescription while he was trying to take the pharmacy sticker off. I don’t even know if he disposed of my PII properly. I will be reporting this location to the VA. Do not come to this location.

CVS Suffolk Pharmacy is an absolute joke! Not even worthy of 1 star. Extremely slow, attitudes galore, drive thru closed randomly for no reason, slow with getting prescriptions filled, just awful. Switching over to the Publix pharmacy. Hopefully we'll have better luck with them
