Don't come here for prescriptions. They have no employees. You can expect to wait an hour in line (both drive though and inside) just for an opportunity to drop off a new script. Lord help you if you need medications quickly...

Absolutely awful experience. I waited hours for a prescription to be filled, only to call the pharmacy directly to inform them that the prescription even existed. Then I waited almost an hour after I was told that my daughter’s medication would be ready. Finally, I asked for the person who was in charge of the pharmacy to explain the wanton incompetence on display, and her response amounted to “Oh well, it’s this bad everywhere, so it’s not my problem.” I will never spend another penny in a CVS store again, and I suggest that anyone reading this consider following suit.

This pharmacy used to be great, but the service in the last few years had gone to garbage. They don't answer the phone ever, even for a simple question or to ask you to hold.

They tell you that your insurance will not pay for the medicine and you call your insurance company and they said that it's covered

In the last few months the customer service/care has dropped in the pharmacy department. It takes more than 5 days for refills and you have to call to get it completed. Make sure to have a day to try to reach someone in that department. No need to reach out to corporate as they say sorry and forwarding your complaint to the store….and nothing has changed. The sad thing is I’m hearing the same complaints from people in differently locations. So, it’s not just one store….maybe corporate needs to stop forwarding complaints to the stores and address the concerns from the top. Driving up to a drive thru to find out you have to go inside is unacceptable!

7 cars in the drive thru and about 7-8 people in line on the inside. Pharmacy needs help and more hands. Cashier was pleasant.

If you have so many people that uses this pharmacy that have to wait weeks for a prescription you may need to hire more pharmacy help. The excuse “we are backed up” will get you but so far. Thank goodness my condition isn’t life or death because I’d be screwed! Changing pharmacies ASAP!

Expect to wait two to three WEEKS to get your prescription filled. It's a ghost town back in the pharmacy. When their system goes down you have to REORDER prescriptions that formerly were being processed. I am SO TIRED of waiting. I have never had so many problems getting medication on time!!!

Go somewhere else. CVS sucks! They need a better supply chain so meds that are regularly purchased by your customers that are forced to get them at CVS are available when needed. They need to be able to see what's in the supply line so people at the store don't lie and tell you something will be in the next truck when they have no clue what's coming and you only find out when you go back to get it and it's not there. Having your pharmacy open and staffed during the published hours. Even better, allow people insured by Aetna to use other pharmacies for their maintenance meds instead of forcing them to use a pharmacy that has terrible time getting the meds and being staffed and open for the hours advertised.

The pharmacy drive thru has been closed for over a week. Lines inside the store are. very long! You have sick and elderly people clearly in distress standing in theses long lines. Your notifications tell you that your medication is ready but it isn’t! Sometimes for days! You wait in long lines then they tell you, sorry your meds aren’t ready! My fear is someone is going to get sick using this Pharmacy, waiting on medication! The shelves are empty. The coupon scanner is broken.I have never seen this CVS or any CVS look this bad! Or operate their pharmacy so horribly!I hope this will change soon. Each week it gets worse!

Tenten in the pharmacy is the main reason I keep coming back here. I never had a positive experience using the pharmacy until I met Tenten because they make the process so incredibly easy! Clone them please?
