I like this establishment and I like the location....
Sunday the kids the wife and myself went shoe shopping at this location... We end up purchasing four pairs of shoes..
The sales associates were quite helpful and very polite.
But I can just about Guarantee that we will not shop there again.
I didn't not like the way the manager treated the associates and neither did the associates.
She was very condescending and rude as she delegated the tasks with a fake mischievous smirk.... The only thing that I was imagining ..... "if that was my 17 old child" .
I'm quite sure that this manager or P.I.C. is very good at what she does but, definitely needs leadership training 101.

Very disappointed with the lack of styles and colors. If you want church shoes, they have those. Not a single going out shoe though.

Stopped by to purchase work shoes. The location is typical of DSW locations, but unlike those in NJ, the store did not carry work clogs.

They have a very large summer selection for women. From flips, sandals, heels and slip-ons. Store is bright, very clean and organized. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Plus, got $20 off for my next purchase. Yay me!

Staff are very friendly without being pushy. Great selection fir men, women, and children. Huge store in a great location. Reasonable prices that are comparable to other stores. Check them out!

I enjoy checking out the shoe selection. Typically I only go the clearance rack. I have purchase from that rack. I found a pair of shoes I loved before the holidays. I didn't buy them for myself. But went back this week and the shoes were still there! I bought them. They were meant for me.

Sale or not on sale clearance still all the same price it seems like you're not saving anything on clearance definitely on sale you're paying too much on the shoes.If you're looking for a leather tennis shoe you can only find two in the whole entire selection for male.There is some employees they keep an eye on you like if you are going to steal their shoes it makes you feel uncomfortable shopping at the store.Nice layout, but not enough mans shoes!!
