I was thinking of taking my car to this location however….why do 99%of the reviews have MARVIN included in the review? Seems very suspicious to me. It’s as if Marvin wrote these reviews himself, I hope not but common sense tells me these reviews are mostly fictitious.

The people here are very knowledgeable and super sweet. It also doesn’t feel like I’m being forced into anything here, just a simple question for additional services and they leave it at that! Jameel was super sweet letting me know about my air filter and the coupon they had today, highly recommend him as your mechanic💕

Service was quick! Our attendant Elton was very informative and courteous. He explained every option and gave us outstanding service with a smile. He also made us aware of other services available and I will be taking my vehicle back to have my brakes done! Thank you Elton!

Great and quick oil change. Customer service couldn’t have been any better. Mechanic ‘Elton’ thoroughly and quickly got my vehicle taken care of. He was very respectful and had a great attitude as well.

Are 19 year old daughter was on her way to college of William and Mary when her car starting to smoke bad. She had over filled the oil prior to leaving. Thankfully she got off the interstate and Googled this business where the manager was able to drain and refill my baby’s oil back to normal levels. Free of charge. You don’t know how much that meant too her at that stage of her life. It was such a relief for me as well being dad. What a blessing he did for my daughter on that day. Thank you so much !!!

Everyone was friendly and patient with me despite me clearly knowing nothing about cars. I woke up at 7am on a Saturday expecting my oil change to be a whole day event. My regular place decided they weren’t doing those today so I tried this place instead and they were very quick. Shout-out to Jameel who was very friendly and professional even when I didn’t know how to pop my own hood.

Scheduled an appointment online for 2 front tires and an alignment a week out. Get to the appointment and the tires are not there. Service tech asked me if I called ahead to see if the tires were available. When I scheduled the appointment online no where did I read as the consumer it was my responsibility to make sure Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers had the tires I selected at the shop before my appointment. Service tech stated he could get the tires in the following Monday. My thought was why doesn't Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers make sure the tires are ready and available for consumers the date of the appointment. Poor business practice in my opinion, if you are reading this, it is your responsibility as the CONSUMER to make sure Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers have the tires YOU ordered available!
