Customer service didn’t explain properly about the size of package I felt like the person didn’t to do it

Terrible service at this location, uninformed staffing, didn't even have any mailers available. There are not actually any on-site Services here except drop off.

Employees couldn’t figure out how to take a package but when I took the exact same package over to Walmart everything was fine.
