They require so much information to rent a car; pay stub from 6 months when the rental is being paid up front along with a $300 deposit. I think it’s a discriminatory practice to screen who they rent too.

This was the worse had me come all the way from Norfolk to rent a vehicle just to tell me they need a pay stop from December smh after i called and reserved the vehicle and not once did she mention a pay stub from December..i brought a recent pay stub and called my job in front of them to fax one over smh but because of hippa they couldn't....communication suck

Just got done renting a Chrysler 200 for a business trip and the girls at the desk really took the time to show me everything I needed to know about the vehicle before taking off! Going to recommend to everyone I know!

I had been renting from them for about 5 weeks. After the first few days I decided to extend it for a week over the phone. I was given 250 miles a day. Well I get a call 2 days later about where is the truck, I told the girl in the phone I extended for the week. No sorry or apologies for being so rude to me. Then a week goes by and I get a call from the same rude girl, saying if I don't bring the truck back that day they are going to call the police and report it stolen. They would not let me extend it over the phone. So when I go in there she now tells me I have gone over the miles. Now instead of being 250 miles a day it's 800 a week. So I decided to rent for another week to try and balance out the miles. I am paying 419.00 a week for this truck. Week 5 I get a call from same rude girl, you have to bring truck in by 10 am. So I finally had enough and turned it back in. Will never rent from these people again. And will make sure no one I know Renta from them either.

I was very pleased with my experience at Starr Motors. I was offered exactly what I wanted for my trade, and purchased a Wrangler at the best price I had found after doing months of my own research online. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and I didn't feel the slightest bit pressured into anything. I will definitely recommend!
