10/10, This is One of the best Gamestop's around, The employees are good, And I mean really good, These employees help you with everything, They've helped me a lot, Their products are good, No matter how much they've changed their store layout, it's still good, Really friendly people, I would recommend.

If you buy a $65 controller and it doesn't work they will give you a $50 controller and will not refund you the difference. After I cancelled the transaction and got a refund they put the broken controller back on the shelf. Not cool.

I was in the area and took a chance looking for a game. Luckily you have Robert working there. Not only did he help me find 2 game's he saved me money. The amount of knowledge and respect this young man has is rare these days. Thank you Robert, I appreciate your help today!

Customer service was very bad today. Went to go buy a xbox series s was willing to Pay for it and they threw in a bunch of bs with it they had a sale and lost it just like that got home went on bestbuy got it for less cheaper brand new I was willing to pay more for a used one. By the way the two girls working there need to find a differnt job in my opinion. Also I know the gm and the manager I use to work there and was one of the top sell guys do better. Still love the store seen some of the same people that would come and chill everyday when I was working there. But the new people working they arnt it. If I wanted a warranty I would have said yes stop pushing ask once I was about to renew my member ship as well which would have helped with your sale anyway with buying a console because tomorrow I would have bought controllers. Which I will still do but not with the two girls that were working there tonight.

I always have a great time here with the very friendly staff - however, I'm not a serious gamer. I walk in to look around and maybe buy an old game or something. But the people here are always so friendly and helpful. I love this place. I literally walked in tonight and the young man asked if he could help me look up a game that I didn't even know the name of or its console - that's how amateur I am. But he helped me out regardless and i am so grateful!

Another gentleman asked how much are the PS5. The cashier replied. I said I had seen a bundle online with spiderman game for 449.00. The cashier said oh yeah ....we have that too. I said I want to see it cause if it's the same thing ....I want it. Cashier said....no way...you have to pay first. We have had too many robberies here and other game stops. The other customer said,"Would you like me to step out of the store?" Cashier said it doesn't come from the back room unless it's paid for first. I could not even look if it was the same thing or if the box was damaged. I said no problem. I gave the other customer the PlayStation direct site and we all left.

They never have what I need. Today they said they had what I wanted over the phone, then didn't when I got there and denied they even talked to me. Canceled my pro membership and will NEVER do business here again. Pathetic excuse for a gaming store and piss poor customer service
