I wonder about the one star reviews here. We have only been treated kindly by staff here, who always take time to help my son look for Pokemon. For example, on our last visit the staff helped clarify the buy 3 get 1 free deal by scanning items to confirm how it worked.

Why is the store closed with a sign on the door stating someone will be back in five minutes. I have been waiting for 30!!!!!!!!!

Alex the store manager went so far and above what I would expect from any employee at any store not just Gamestop. I walked in with a major problem and he got on the phone with customer service and would not let them go before they had helped me. It took about an hour an not once did Alex act like I was wasting his time. I can not thank Alex enough for what he did.The store is SUPER well stocked and extremely clean and tidy. I will make sure to stop there each and every time I have video game needs regardless that there are 10 Gamestops within 10 miles of this location.The customer service at this Gamestop is so outstanding I would drive out of my way to visit this store. To me customer service is key and Alex BLEW me away. Thanks!

Edit this review*** from 3 to 5 stars. The Xbox ONE PC controller I got here ended up being an awesome buy!! Best PC controller around with 2 extra buttons on the back of the handle you can configure to your liking.
