I often use this car wash but I went through the was on 3/12 and when I got out of my car to vacuum it out and maybe wipe it off it is a scratch along the driver's side back fender. I go and the manager comes out and ask do I want to do an incident report. My response was "YES". I did the report someone called and I missed their call so I returned the call. The lady was very rude and told me she saw the still pics of me going into the wash and the damages were already there. I told her they were not and she wanted to go back and forth so I hung up the phone. I have my own photos if my vehicle and the damage was not there prior to me going through this wash. I will be seeking legal action because your machines are damaging peoples vehicles. Like I don't know you all can doctor photos. Let me see the photos. I WILL NEVER USE THIS CAR WAS AGAIN AND ADVISE ANYONE ELSE NOT TO. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Got in two accidents within three months. I asked the employees to turn off the dryers and they failed to do so. Worst experience i’ve had at a car wash.

I got the best wash they offer. After my vehicle dried, it still had a layer of dust/dirt on it. The side windows were very spotty. The wash included the tire shine, but it only did spots of the tires (pictured). It at least got most of the salt off the car (that's why 2-stars vs 1), though not all of it. Won't be returning.

that you be very careful with the paint on your car after washing it, I have 2 active vehicles paying monthly and I want to be honest I loved using the car wash ... until the day I had to claim my vehicle ... the customer service was terrible and they did not approve my claim !! ( I'm going to go further up to the courts ... painting a car today is very expensive) Finally I would like whoever reads this to change their opinion and go to another place with better responsibility and courtesy. I want to clarify the video cameras that I myself was able to see along with the manager's assistant are very clear and good ... and my vehicle is clearly seen without any defect at the time of entering ... I am clear that in court everything will come out in my favor ... but the time they make me waste is too much ... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT TO BE WELL ASSISTED

This is a great car wash. Employees very helpful. Excellent vacuum system, but would have been nice to have allowed more space to get in and out of the vacuum area.

This is the only location that I have found in the area that actually does a good job drying the vehicle.

Convenient, it can still miss a lot of spots when it's finished though. It doesn't get all the bird poop or tree sap off the car. You have to get that off prior to going to the car wash.

This is what happened to my vehicle while going through a GC Express Auto Wash. The worst part is that they refuse to do anything about it so I have chosen to share my experience/ pictures via Yelp. Business owner take note. Your unwillingness to "Do The Right Thing" is not good for business. D. Thompson
