Lousy service and not reliable. They were supposed to tow my vehicle and they never showed up. Said they called but couldn't get me. That was a lie since my phone didn't ring all night. Don't use this company. Find a real tow truck company like AAA

My car broke down on the side of the road and it was pretty terrifying. The dispatcher was so kind, our tow truck driver was awesome. They towed me car all the way to Virginia Beach and the price was incredibly reasonable.

ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS PRICES AND NO PAY ARRANGEMENTS OFFERED. My vehicle was towed after a minor accident and was towed LESS THAN HALF A MILE FROM THE LOT, next morning the price to retrieve it exceeded $350/400 + $45 daily storage fee. I would love to have my car back as I JUST BOUGHT IT but no one is able to suddenly able to pay that sort of money suddenly, especially after a shut down due to a pandemic and loss of job. They have ZERO consideration for the hardship the community is experiencing, they are just money hungry crooks. Never will I ever do business with them and i will make everyone i know aware of their outrageous pricing and to use another service

GEICO called Green's to come out and assist me with a car that would not start up. Showed up within 5 minutes of the estimated time of arrival.My family attempted jumping it, would not run. Upon hearing the car, the driver asked for us to give him a shot at jumping it. He got it running. When we asked if the driver would still tow the car to our mechanic, he did so.Took 10 minutes do do the previous paragraph.Knowledgeable and courteous, is a professional and would recommend highly.

If I could give less stars for these incompetent fools I certainly would. Unfortunately, these were the chosen dolts my insurance company had tow my car after an accident. Not only did they damage my car requiring my insurance company to total it, they denied and lied about it until video evidence was produced by the body shop showing their neglect. I would not trust these idiots to pull a Radio Flyer wagon much less any property of mine.
