The deli section needs to be addressed as far as workers making sandwiches. It’s noon on a weekend with 1 person working and takes almost 30 min to get a sandwich. To me I’d rather go next door to subway and get a sandwich in less than 5 min. Management needs to either put more people on the deli or hire more people. The line behind me was long and eventually people just walked away. Bathrooms were disgusting as well.

This place gets worse everyday. The management needs to be fired and the employees need to take some pride in customer service and not ignore people when they come up to the deli counter. Clean the floors and stock some empty shelves! This is why I don’t shop here anymore! Harris Teeter has gone south since I’ve moved here.

The deli opens at 9 which makes it hard to shop before work but I get a lot of businesses have cut hours because of staffing shortages. I also understand the employees are trying to prep for the day before opening. However the sign that says "If you need help outside of these hours, please ask any associate for assistance" should be changed. Rules are rules which is fine but don't put a sign that makes it seem like someone will be willing to help you if they're not going to.

Apparently you cannot get a deli sandwich at 10:37 a.m. No signs with the hours.I worked in customer service my whole life. Why not just make me a sandwich? Poor customer service.
