I used to use Kroger Pharmacy in another location and had a good experience. When I moved to the area I wanted to keep going to Kroger. However every time I've had to have a prescription filled here I'm told there's wrong with my insurance (but when i call my insurance they say there's nothing wrong and a claim hasn't been recieved) or there was some sort of delay as to why I could not get my prescription within a reasonable time (over an hour wait each time).
I transfered my prescriptions to another pharmacy and have been pleasantly surprised by how quickly my meds are filled and the lack of issues between them and my insurance.

I had to transfer to Kroger Pharmacy because Rite Aid N Main Street went out of business. I must say Kroger’s staff has been the best pharmacy I have ever done business with. I highly recommend Kroger Pharmacy to anyone that wants a pharmacy that cares about their customers.

Main street Kroger Pharmacy is the best in customer service so friendly my insurance is not accepted here but because of the great service I don't mind paying out of pocket

Latia was my cashier and was very rude. I asked her a question and she acted as if I was inconveniencing her. There was another woman working in the back of the pharmacy who assisted me and was very pleasant and helpful. As Latia continued to ring out my items, I told her thank you TWICE and she didn’t open up her mouth at all to acknowledge me. Maybe she was having a bad day, but that doesn’t excuse her disgusting behavior. I’ve visited Kroger’s pharmacy on numerous occasions and have never been treated as such.

The long we're slow lines. The store design didn't make sense. Shelves weren't well stocked.

This place is AWESOME! It is like a super Target with clothing and household supplies! The produce is so fresh and the prices are reasonable! Lots of allergy-friendly items which was exciting!

This location stays stocked and clean I love that they have a sushi bar and I can grab a delicious last minute lunch The staff are always working but stop and help you if needed I've never experienced anyone with an attitude they all seem to love their job I like that I can find unique items here as well as my regular shopping list The bakery is also impressive and plentiful I find a new treat every week this time it was the pineapple filled pastries and a cookie dough cake slice My sweet tooth was craving all the goodies! This location is relatively busy but they do a good job of keeping carts stocked and out of the parking lot and the bathrooms clean overall it's a great shopping experience

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to in my life. Never do you get your meds on the day you're supposed to. And if the 1 in a million chance you do you can be guaranteed that they will be short and you'll have to go back a day or two later to get the rest.

This pharmacy is wonderful in requesting and receiving my medication. The staff are very professional, polite and respectful. This is taking in consideration of how busy they are. Naturally, if the medication is not available, pharmacy will do their very best to get it as soon as possible.

DON'T DO A GROCERY ORDER FROM HERE. They canceled my order and LIED and stated they didn't cancel the order. It was apparent that they canceled the order because 73 items were needed to complete the order. The order was made at 4:26 pm for an 8:00 pm pick up. I was reminded to pick up my order at 5:10, and they canceled the order at 5:34 pm. Not only did they cancel the order, but they also sent the notice to my email when I specifically said to send it via email. Upon arriving to pick up my order, no one could answer why the order was canceled. As a professor of customer service, it is crucial to treat the customer in a manner that would cause them not only to return but to inform others of the great experience experienced at their place of business. At this point, I will NEVER shop at this Kroger again. Finally, I would advise management to undergo customer training for the cashiers and their department managers. RETENTION IS THE KEY...NO RETENTION..NO PAYCHECK!
