Awful service. There were only 2 employees and 2 customers. That should have been my first sign. No one greeted me. I went up to the guy and said what I wanted and he grunted to acknowledge that. After about 15 minutes of waiting I decided to change from a polish change on my toes to a spa pedicure because then I could at least sit and let my feet soak while I waited, or at least that’s what I thought. When I asked for this he didn’t even look up from what he was doing just grunted again and did not even attempt to get me started on it the pedicure. At that point I walked out and went to Nailtique and they had fantastic customer service there.

Poor customer service. Had to initiate greeting while technician sat on phone.
Gel nails chipped soon after service.

ROACHES BEWARE IN THE PEDICURE CHAIR....DONT TAKE THEM HOME, RUN....SO UNCOMFORTABLE WITH BUG CRAWLING AROUND & ON THE CHAIR.

All of these chairs have roaches the James got mad at me because o said I didn’t want to sit on the chairThere was roaches the last time I was here my gel nail polish fell off within two days he always has kids In the shop being loud and there is an infant that they keep in the back that just cries all the time so unorganized unprofessional and it’s just the roaches for meServices: Pedicures

My husband and niece had to leave my nails was rushed and my nails had bubbles in the dried paint james fixed one but at that point i was mad just paid and left the paint is lumpy and just look a mess my first and last time
