I went in for a polish change and big toe refill and left with a painful experience. The tech was too rough with the drill, and even though I pulled back in discomfort, she kept going. I didn’t realize I had been cut until she sprayed alcohol. She apologized, but then picked up a used file, which I had to stop. When I said I wasn’t comfortable paying, she offered to “just take it off.” The manager didn’t say anything when I explained. Didn’t offer any solutions. I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. This wasn’t handled well at all.

1st time visit to this salon. Greeted upon entrance and not busy. I got the deluxe pedicure with gel, a basic manicure with gel, and a acrylic toe repair. The atmosphere was good and they were friendly. The pedicure was just ok. I had better. My nails look ok but some part of the nails are not covered on sides. It cost $118.00 total. Once i arrived home i noticed the the toe repair was coming off. So back to the nail salon to get it repaired. The man who repaired my toe did an awesome job with the repair. I am not a loyal customer to any salon. I go as a treat! I suggest that you try the salon for yourself to see if the reviews are true. This was just my experience!

I’ve been going here for a while but today will be last day. My nails look like a child did them. Gel polish peeled 3 hours after leaving shop. And trying to tell them I don’t like them was even worse. They understand money but they don’t understand how to resolve issues.

I wouldn’t recommend.. at least not seat #5. Got my nails done on a Tuesday for my graduation and my nails were lifting by Sunday. They are now popping off like press ons. I was charged $208 dollars. This place makes up prices as they go & overcharge/ take advantage of new customers.

By far the best nails I've ever had, my sister and I both absolutely love our work at Lavish Nail Spa Absolutely Love how the dipped nail are done and how they feel light just like your very own. Everyone is so friendly and pleasant. The customer service in the place is awesome.
