Totally messed up my taxes. He failed to send required documents with my state AND federal tax forms (W2s and another form) which he mailed and the ones he sent had errors which generated letters from both the Commonwealth of Virginia and the IRS, significantly delaying my refunds. He actually argued with me that "I never send those with tax forms", which is ridiculous. Even the IRS agents I spoke with were confused with his statements. I have never had this type of issue with a tax preparation before. When I contacted the Liberty corporate office they were unable to even locate my tax info. Obviously, I will not be referring this company to anyone.

I had the pleasure of filing my taxes with Liberty this year and I must say it was the best decision ever. I usually attempt to my taxes alone but moving to a new state and having no knowledge on Texas tax laws I needed the professionals. It was very easy and they were very nice and helpful. Shout out to Mrs.Brittany, and Mr.Randy. If you’re in the need for tax help give them a shot I strongly recommend it!!!! I will be back next year thank you guys!!!
