GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR ALTERATIONS & DRY CLEANING....AWFUL QUALITY AND MANAGEMENT
I had a bad experience with alterations and an even worst experience with a man claiming to be the manager.
The Alteration job was for a suite that required mostly hemming. She did a substandard job that was uneven and sloppy. It made no sense to return and risk worse damage, I will not return for alterations. There are too many other outstanding alteration shops that offer quality of work.
The most horrible part of this place is a man who claims to be a 'manager'. The man was unprofessional, rude, incompetent, with no 'people skills'. I am not sure what a person like that is doing on the 'front lines' of any business.
To the 'Manager' at this location: You sir, do not tell a customer you will do something for a them and then take it back because you know they will not return to your store (because of your service). That is DISHONORABLE and shows your LACK OF INTEGRITY. Your focus should not be taking things personal, but on CUSTOMER SERVICE. You acted like you just issued a punishment, but the joke is on you, because you lost a customer and the negative word of mouth that will now follow as a result of your actions. You have no integrity or leadership.
You do not hang up on a customer that is respectfully attempting to explain something to you and asking for your understanding. What you did is UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL and IGNORANT.
In a separate situation, you denied a Military discount to a VETERAN with proof of 20+ years of service, 7 hours prior to Veteran's Day? If you need an explanation between active duty and 20+ years of dedicated, honorable service, i cannot help you...or your business.
Your staff appears micromanaged by you, not allowed to take a step without your approval. I would not want to work for a 'manager' like you.
As a customer, i will gladly spend an additional $14 on top of my charge, to say that I will take my business elsewhere, because taking with you was a disappointment. A business claiming to be 'Christian' should treat customers with more grace!
Sir, you are a detriment to this business.

Too expensive. I am new to the area and I wanted to try to clean a new suit. It was good to have the drive thru service when I dropped off my suit, but I was shocked when I picked up my dry cleaning and realized that cleaning one suit jacket and pants was more than $27.00. The price was way too expensive.

The family that own's this business been doing this since the 1930s, have own this location since the 80's, they are a great group of folks and take the upmost care of an array of unique as well as every day clothing and fabric cleaning ?
