My experience was beyond amazing. I would recommend anyone to come here. Byron was super helpful. It ended up being a long process not because of his fault because of something else and he was so patient and helpful and I was successful in getting my mattresses.

My daughter was in search for a mattress and Bunky boards for her new king size bed.
We stopped into the mattress, firm and Fortune took care of us.
She was very attentive to our needs and helpful with Questions that we had.
My daughter was in the market for a soft mattress that wasn’t too firm and fortune directed her right to the perfect one.
Her coworker was also very helpful when questions were asked.
if we are ever in need of a mattress, we will definitely be visiting this mattress firm on College Drive in Chesapeake, Virginia.
