Hours: Meadowbrook Memorial and Cremation Gardens is a beautiful, peaceful, and well-kept place. The on-site chapel is very peaceful and nice, and families feel comfortable and at ease knowing their loved one is there. Many found the staff to be wonderful, helpful, kind, knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. Representatives were personal and did everything in their power to help with arrangements and decisions, making a difficult process easier. However, one experience notes a significant disappointment. During a graveside service, the family felt rushed and was asked multiple times to move back for the ground crew shortly after the ceremony, which was found to be embarrassing and rude. While understanding of scheduling, the feeling of being herded off the premises left them hoping other families are not treated similarly. Overall, Meadowbrook is described as a wonderful place where staff are very helpful and personal, though attention to the post-service experience for grieving families is important.
