The young man name Jarod is very ignorant he is rude he drives a Camaro didn’t talk to my mom politely kept getting agitated then when a young lady walk in he’s grinning ear to ear asking for her number very bad customer service

Had poor customer service in the beginning! Phone needed repairs and I was told it was sent out but yet it was still in the store! Was without a phone For a month had to purchase another phone!

The mgr Jerry had a nice personality that’s why I gave it 2 stars. However he did not have either the training or knowledge of the company’s benefits. He “gave” me a charging brick because I ported so many lines but when I got home and looked at my mile long receipt, I was charged almost $64 for this “free” item. I tried to go back the next morning to return it but the store did not open at the scheduled time and I was leaving to go out of town for a week. I will try again to return for a refund when I get home and will update the review

The new manger Jered is awesome ! He help me pay my phone bill quickly and also set up a new line . It takes time to set up a new phone but Jered was very professional and patient throughout the whole process!! I will definitely be back to this location!

Came in today and the nice lady and guy that are normally there were smiling and great customer service were not there. I've been dealing with them since moving here. Today was chaotic. They've switched to paperless, without telling customers. May be convenient for some however when you're running a business, every record counts. Then Tareq throws his degrees in my face as if he assumes I'm ignorant. Thee nerve. I will take my business elsewhere may even cancel all 5 of my lines??♀️

the lady I spoke to a couple days ago made me feel like my existence was an inconvenience to her. when I asked to speak to a manager she claimed she was the manager. this place is the most unprofessional place I have been to in awhile. I would leave zero stars if I could.
