The absolute worst pharmacy I have ever used. There are many things that have occurred since moving my prescriptions to them but today is the icing on the cake for me. I was released from the hospital after having surgery. I went to get my pain meds at this location and first of all the drivethru hours started at 10am and at 10:30 it was still closed. Going in wasn't an option as I wasn't feeling the best. To top it off they hadn't yet filled it anyway so I went home and figured to get it a little bit later. They then closed the pharmacy at 4 instead of 6 like the internet says and had still not filled the medication! How can they just ignore meds for post op pain like that? Anyways, I'm done with that shit show and moving prescriptions elsewhere in the future. To simply put it they just don't care. By the way the one star is because they make you put at least one star. If I had my choice it would have been 0 stars!

1) Drive thru is close all the time 2) The line inside the store had literally had 24 people in line for the pharmacy 3) Pharmacy did not have my prescriptions ready, even though I went to the CVS Pharmacy app several days ago and it did not come through per the pharmacy tech saying I don't know why the app isn't working. 4) Elderly folks cannot stand in a long line it's ridiculous, CVS should be responsible for making sure they have their medications in order for them to live and treat & prevent life altering symptoms. 5) These medications are life altering and most people like me cannot stand for long periods of time. 6) there's gonna be a lawsuit against CVS if I faint in line while. I almost fainted because if my health conditions, and maybe 3 chairs are there but you will lose your place in line if you went and sat down. That's even if their is a chair to sit in. 7) wasted my gas money to even drive up to the CVS. Pharmacy and prescriptions are ready so I have to waste more gas to go to CVS pharmacy. 8)This is unacceptable

I had a script sent over at around 10 am for my tonsillitis, I went to go pick it up at 4pm and they told me that it would be another hour and a half before it would be ready. I'm sure they are nice employees but don't go here if you need your prescription medication in a timely fashion

I love CVS! Like I really do! I love that I am a rewards member! As a member, I receive rewards like every week. From coupons via mail to via email. This store, company, can do no wrong in my eyes! I visited as recently as yesterday to redeem some $ rewards and use my 40% coupon. This visit, I purchased batteries and a few toiletries. I even picked up some holiday socks for myself and the ladies in my family :) The employees are pleasant as well. The young lady, most recently was really sweet! Now, I have no experience in the pharmacy area... I actually don't know where it's located. I've seen signs for it, but never had a need to visit. They do have a drive-thru, which I am sure is convenient for the patrons. I love the make-up area, but my favorite is to check out the novelties they have each holiday season. (my socks were Christmas socks) If you have not signed up to receive rewards, please do so! This is the only CVS in the area, but I visit at least once a week and it's always a great time! Have fun and enjoy life :)

I had one of the worst experiences with CVS last night in the drive thru trying to get my pain meds and one pharmacist talking to me rudely for simply asking questions. I go to pick my medication up and tell me there's a hold on them until my insurance can approve them because they are opiates. Then I all I asked was if I could pay out of pocket and then the manager berates me and goes "WE ARE IN AN OPIOD EPIDEMIC, we don't just give those out!" Which frustrated me and I was experiencing a lot of pain and had just been to the ER, so I start to kind of get huffy and switch the gears of my car to leave and then he yells at me not to rush out of the parking lot because we are next to a YMCA and I could hit kids leaving. I was so triggered I yelled back "thanks for the tip, a******** Then they called me back as I was just about home to tell me they called my insurance and I can go get them. Why didn't they ask me to wait initially and do that in the first place? So then I drove another 20 minutes back to the store since I had driven all the way home and went through the drive thru. I ask the lady at the window to please tell the manager who spoke to me earlier to be kinder to customers who are obviously in a frustrating situation, and then manager comes back to the window and tells me to never come back because I swore at him and endangered children. I tried saying that he really shouldn't yell at people or be condescending who are simply asking questions and he wouldn't even let me speak because he was screaming at me telling me he did me a favor. I said, if it was that easy then why did you send me all the way home instead of asking me to wait while you made the call to get approval if it was that easy?? Why are you acting like you did me this huge favor just to humiliate me and make me feel so small and like a drug addict??? I've been in horrible pain and was simply trying to understand the policies and was spoken to like a crack head. It's not like I wrote my own prescription, my doctor did, so for the pharmacist to treat me like this without knowing the underlying situation is incredibly upsetting. Will not be returning, and will take my business somewhere that genuinely cares about the needs of their customers.

Very clean pharmacy and also appears to be very new. I've been here a number of times now and have always had a good experience. The pharmacists are friendly and knowledgable- they also seem willing to help you understand the important facts about any medication you're taking. Prescriptions generally take 30 to 45 minutes to fill from what I've seen. Cashiers always greet me when I enter which is very nice! Very clean personal bathrooms are a plus! I also got my flu shot and tDap from this location and they made it very quick and easy to do. This location is also right by the Sentara Obici hospital as well as the Suffolk NowCare, so its a great location to get prescriptions filled before getting back on the highway. I plan on continuing to return here!
