“I went in today on a Saturday with no appointment. If the customer service i received today is any indication of how I an valued as a member then I will NEVER need another financial institution. I was greeted by a receptionist who was very friendly. I waited about 3 to 4 minutes before I was greeted by an associate named Rose. We hit it off immediately. She was GREAT. Got everything done I needed to do in record time even with some computer issues. I hope everyone at this branch and throughout navy federal has the dedication to customer service as I received from rose today. My faith in customer service has been restored. ?”
